Show Hall is not air conditioned, Bring your cage fans. Ice and fans
for show hall will be provided
All Security cages (single or double) require double cage space.

Catalog will be included with first entry.

All entries must be
on a CFA entry form or facsimile thereof. No refunds for failure to bench.
All household pets over 8 months of age must be
altered, and they may not be declawed.
SECURITY CHECK IN:
This show is held at a security location. You will be
required to show
your ID by a Kansas National Guard each time you enter the show hall. Please
keep you or Identification with you.

HEALTH CERTIFICATES:
For those exhibitors with out-of-state entries, be
advised that you could be asked for proof that health certificates and
inoculations are up to date including proof of rabies vaccination for all
animals brought to the show hall. Certificates must be current with no
issue dates older than 30 days. This is a State of Kansas Regulation &
Law beyond the control of the Topeka Cat Fanciers.
VENDORS:
One 2' X 8' floor table is $50 Additional table (up to 3
spaces) is $25 each

SALES CAGES:
Available only to exhibitors of pedigreed
cats. All kittens must be at least 4 months old and have litter registration
as proof. No kittens to be sold under $100. Positively no kittens allowed
under tables.
CHECK IN:
Exhibitors may check in between 8:00 AM
and 9:00 AM on Saturday.
SHOW HOURS:
Advertised show hours will be 9:30 AM to
Finals on Saturday; All
entries are expected to remain in the show hall until the advertised closing
time. Early removal without permission of the show manager will result in
all wins being voided.
CFA SHOW RULES:
This is a CFA licensed show and CFA show
rules will be strictly enforced.
Show rules may be
obtained by sending $5.00 to: CFA, 1805 Atlantic Ave, PO Box 1005,
Manasquan,
NJ 08736-0805.
This is a non-vetted
show. All entries should be vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian against
feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus and rabies, and be
tested for feline leukemia before entry. Cats must be free of fleas, ear
mites, fungus, and any contagious illness. All claws must be clipped.
Declawed cats are not eligible for entry). No kittens under
the age of 4 months will be permitted in the show hall.
ENTRIES:
All fees must accompany the entries. Please
print legibly or type all entry blanks and forms. Benching requests will be
honored whenever possible. No entry fee will be refunded for failure to
bench.
Vending from cages
or grooming spaces is not allowed. No extra charge for e-mailed or faxed
entries, however,
a follow up call or
e-mail is recommended to ensure your entry was received.
ADVERTISING &
CATALOG ADS: Advertise your Cat, Cattery or Business in our Catalog.
Rates for catalog
advertising are: full page $25 , half page $15, quarter page $10,
business cards $5.

RIBBONS & AWARDS:
Ribbons and rosettes will be awarded
according to CFA rules; permanent flats
will be used for all except BOB, 2BOB, and BCH/BPR.
Fabric ribbons will be available. All championship,
premiership, and registered kittens will be
scored for CFA Regional and National awards.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Litter will be provided. Bring your
own litter pans, cat food and water dishes.
A single cage is
provided with each entry. Single cage size is 22 x 22 x 22; double cage size
is 22 x 22 x 45.
Bring cage curtains
or towels to hang on the inside, top and bottom of cage.
Reasonable care will
be taken of all cats and personal property, however, Topeka Cat Club will
not be liable for items lost, damaged or stolen. People
food will be available for sale
at the Show Hall.
